The scenarios in every SignaTrain session are performed by Broadway actors doing improv — people whose entire craft is making behavior feel psychologically real and true.
The scenes are not produced to look like training videos. They look like the real thing: the manager who’s a little too casual, the employee who’s testing a boundary, the moment where a conversation tips from productive to problematic. They can be funny. They’re often uncomfortable. They’re always believable. That realism isn’t a production flourish. It’s the reason the training works.
